The city last month began a high-profile campaign to discourage motorists from blasting music from their car stereos so loudly that it disturbs local businesses and residents. A retailer who sells high-powered electronics plans to speak up at Tuesday night's City Council meeting and urge revisions to Vineland's noise ordinance.
